Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of your conference registration can be done by writing an email to secretary@gesticon2026.com clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering.

  • Cancellations up to 1st July 2026: 75% of Base registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations done up to 15th July 2026: 25% of Base registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations done after 15th July 2026: No refund.
  • All refunds will be processed after 15 days from the completion of the conference.
  • Time stamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request.
